Life Without Limits – Life Without Limits – Social Group for Girls and Young Women

Life Without Limits is a social group for girls in their teens and early twenties who have disabilities or complex needs. The group runs two programmes:

Monthly Club:

  • When: First Sunday of the month, 2:00–4:00pm
  • Where: The Vinery Centre, Leeds
  • Activities: Arts and crafts, games, music, dance, baking, and workshops
  • Extras: Sensory and soft play rooms available
  • Cost: £6 per session

Out and About Programme:

  • When: Third Sunday of the month
  • Where: Different places around Leeds
  • Activities: Bowling, cinema, swimming, skating, theatre
  • Cost: Price of the activity

Important:

  • A parent or carer must come to support the young person
  • Places must be booked in advance
  • Venue is wheelchair accessible with Changing Places and disabled toilets
