Life Without Limits

Social Group for Girls (13–25) with Physical Disabilities & Complex Health Needs

Life Without Limits is a social group specifically for girls and young women aged 13–25 who have:

✔ Physical disabilities

✔ Complex health needs

✔ Significant personal care or medical needs

✔ Wheelchair use or mobility impairments

Please note: This group is not suitable for young people whose primary diagnosis is autism or learning disability without physical or complex medical needs.

We are unable to provide autism-specific support or behaviour support.

Monthly Club

  • When: First Sunday of the month, 2:00–4:00pm
  • Where: The Vinery Centre, Leeds
  • Activities: Arts, crafts, games, music, dance, baking, workshops
  • Accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible, Changing Places facility, disabled toilets
  • Cost: £6 per session

Out and About Programme

  • When: Third Sunday of the month
  • Where: Various accessible venues around Leeds
  • Activities: Bowling, cinema, swimming, theatre & farm trips
  • Cost: Price of activity

Support Requirements

A parent or carer must attend to support the young person

Places are limited and must be booked in advance

Who is this group for?

Life Without Limits was created to reduce social isolation for girls and young women with physical and complex health needs, who often have fewer social opportunities.
