Life Without Limits – Life Without Limits – Social Group for Girls and Young Women

Life Without Limits is a social group for girls and young women aged 13 to 25 with physical disabilities or complex health needs.

The group helps young people make friends, have fun, and try new activities in a safe and welcoming environment.

The monthly club takes place on the first Sunday of each month from 2pm to 4pm at The Vinery Centre in Leeds.

Activities may include:

  • Arts and crafts.
  • Games.
  • Music and dance.
  • Baking.
  • Workshops and learning new skills.

There is also an "Out and About" programme on the third Sunday of each month. Young people can visit accessible places in Leeds and take part in activities such as:

  • Bowling.
  • Cinema trips.
  • Swimming.
  • Theatre visits.
  • Farm visits.

The venues are wheelchair accessible and include accessible toilets and a Changing Places toilet.

A parent or carer must attend to support the young person during activities.

Places are limited and must be booked in advance.

Cost:

  • Monthly club: £6 per session.
  • Out and About activities: cost depends on the activity.

The group was created to help girls and young women with physical disabilities and complex health needs make friends, build confidence, and enjoy social activities with others.
