What this website is for and how it can help
The Leeds Local Offer brings together information about all the services available in the city for children and young people aged 0-25 who have special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities.
This includes information about:
- Education support
- Health Services
- Social Care support
- Play and leisure activities
- Getting ready for adult life
- Education, Health and care plans.
We link to other websites so the information is as current as possible.
If you need to talk to someone about your situation please initially speak to your school SENCO. You can also drop in to any Leeds library or community hub for help to use the website and print off information.
