Artforms - inclusive music opportunities for children of all ages and their families
Music can help children and young people with SEND learn, grow and feel proud of what they achieve.
The Saturday Music Centres offer friendly and welcoming lessons. Children can take part in:
- musical instrument lessons
- music groups for toddlers and young children
- choirs
- bands and ensembles
The team aims to make all activities as accessible as possible. Families can speak to a Head of Centre about what their child would like to do and what support they may need.
Horsforth Music Centre also has music lessons and groups made especially for children and young people with SEND. These sessions can be shaped around their needs and interests.
