PHAB Club (9 to 90 years old)
PHAB Club is a friendly group for people with disabilities and their friends.
The club meets on Friday evenings and welcomes people from across Leeds. It is a great place to make friends, have fun, and try new activities.
People who attend can enjoy:
- Social activities and games.
- Trips and outings.
- Residential breaks during the year.
- Meeting new people and building friendships.
PHAB Club has supported many young people who have found it difficult to make or keep friends as they get older. The club provides a welcoming and inclusive place where everyone can feel part of a group.
Volunteers and young people also help to support members and make club sessions enjoyable for everyone.
Who can attend: People with disabilities and their friends.
When: Fridays at 7pm.
