Future Horizons (19 to 30 years old)

Future Horizons Leeds is a specialist college and day service for adults aged 19 and over. It supports people with complex learning and communication needs.

The service focuses on helping each young person feel safe, well, and supported. Support includes planned activities, structured free time, and physical therapies. These help people build confidence and make progress at their own pace.

Future Horizons Leeds has two sites. One site is in Kirkstall (West Leeds) and one is at Elland Road (South Leeds). There are four learning pathways, offering different options based on individual needs and interests.

Future Horizons Leeds works every day to help young people feel included, valued, and able to achieve their goals.
