Allerton High School - 11-19 years old
Allerton High school is a Language Resource School. This means that they provide specialist support, designed to meet the needs of young people with Developmental Language Disorder (a severe and specific Speech, Language and Communication Need), who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Language Resource students are not taught in a separate base and are full-time members of the mainstream school. Speech and Language Therapists and Language Resource teachers provide weekly support to Language Resource students on an individual or group basis.
