Spark Academy Tutoring

Spark Academy provides tutoring for children and young people aged 3 to 18 across the UK. The service aims to support learning in a way that is inclusive and focused on each child.

Spark Academy offers:

  • one‑to‑one tuition in the child’s home
  • online tuition that can be accessed anywhere
  • support alongside school, or as part of education other than at school (EOTAS) or alternative provision

All tutors are fully qualified teachers and have enhanced DBS checks. Learning is planned around each child to help them make progress and reach their potential.

Spark Academy also provides specialist SEND support. Tutors have experience supporting children and young people with a wide range of needs. These include:

  • autism and sensory needs
  • speech, language, and communication needs
  • attention, focus, and memory needs
  • social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • anxiety, confidence, and trauma‑related needs
  • specific learning needs such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dyspraxia

Support is tailored to each child. Spark Academy plans learning carefully so it meets the child’s needs, interests, and abilities.

All EOTAS and alternative provision packages are fully personalised. Decisions about learning are always based on what is best for the child or young person. Their wellbeing, safety, and progress are the top priority.
