Learning Activity Boxes (Letterbox Learning)

They make Learning Activity Boxes for learners who find school difficult. This includes learners with a PDA profile or Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA).
These boxes are for children and young people who get Education Other Than at School (EOTAS).

Some learners feel worried or overwhelmed by education. Our Learning Activity Boxes offer a calm, flexible way to rebuild confidence.

What is in the box?

• Fun activities: Each box has games, creative tasks, and simple independent activities.
• Easy instructions: Every pack comes with clear guidance for parents, carers, or supporters.
• Choice: Learners choose what they want to do. Nothing is forced, and nothing is marked unless they want it to be.
• Low pressure: We check progress in stress‑free ways. We focus on building confidence and curiosity.

Moving forward
If learners want to, they can work towards Functional Skills qualifications at their own pace.

How it works
Boxes are delivered every week, or at another agreed time. Each box is personalised to support learning goals and wellbeing.
