NEUROSTARS

Regular meet ups for parents/carers of autistic and/or ADHD children & young people in North Leeds. 

This group offers a safe and non‑judgemental space for parents and carers to connect with others and share experiences.

The group is run by a parent who is also an AuDHDer and has two neurodivergent children.
A diagnosis is not needed to attend.

Neurostars provides neuro‑affirming support for autistic and/or ADHD individuals and their families.
This includes support for people who are questioning or exploring a possible diagnosis.

Neurostars works with parents and carers to help them:

  • understand their child's unique brain
  • explore ways to support their child at home and in daily life
  • help children recognise their strengths
  • build confidence and self‑esteem

Sessions are delivered by a certified coach who is also an AuDHDer.
Support is available online and face to face.
