Daisy Chain

Daisy Chain is the Regional Hub for Autism Central in the North East and Yorkshire.


The hub gives clear and easy information about autism. It also offers learning and support for families, parents, carers, and personal assistants.
Autism Central is funded by NHS England and is delivered by nine not‑for‑profit organisations.


What Daisy Chain offers
Daisy Chain provides:

  • 1:1 telephone appointments
  • Face‑to‑face learning workshops in different locations
  • Online learning workshops
  • Virtual support sessions
  • School coffee mornings

Who can use this service?
A child or young person can use Autism Central if:

  • they have a diagnosis of autism, or
  • they are on the diagnostic pathway, or
  • a professional has said they may have needs linked to autism or another neurodiversity.
