Neuro‑affirming Support for Autistic and ADHD People


This service gives support to autistic people, ADHD people, and their families.
It also supports people who are unsure and want to explore a possible diagnosis.


The service works with parents and carers to help them understand their child’s unique brain. They help families find simple ways to support their child at home, school, and in daily life. With this support, children can learn about their strengths and differences.
This helps children grow in confidence and feel proud of who they are.


Sessions are led by a certified coach who is also autistic and ADHD.
Families can choose online sessions or face‑to‑face sessions.
