MaiPha – Parent Support Service for SEND Families
What is MaiPha?
MaiPha is a friendly support service for mums of children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). The service helps parents feel calmer and more confident by sharing simple, practical ideas for everyday life.
MaiPha support can help parents:
- Understand their child’s needs
- Respond to meltdowns or challenging behaviour in a kind way
- Build a stronger relationship with their child
- Reduce stress and prevent burnout
MaiPha works alongside other services. It does not replace health or education support. The aim is to give parents an extra layer of help before things feel too hard.
Who is it for?
Parents of children and young people with SEND, aged 0–18.
