What the Helpline Can Help With
Contact can give advice, information, and support about many topics, including:
- Getting a diagnosis and medical information
- Services your family may be able to use
- Benefits and financial support
- Family finances call‑back appointments
- Support in the early years
- Special educational needs (SEN)
Disability: The child can have any disability or additional need.
A diagnosis is not needed.
Age: The service is for parents and carers of disabled children from birth to 25.
It is available to families anywhere in the UK.
