Herd Farm

The award winning Herd Farm is a Grade II 18th Century former working farm built in 1760. Between 1997 – 2000 it was converted into a stunning accessible residential barn prioritising schools, now sleeping up to 50. With activities ranging from high wire challenges and bush craft to a giant swing, we have a range of options and residential packages to suit any booking.

Herd Farm strives to continue to be accessible for all visitors working towards and beyond the Equality Act. Due to the wide array of services we offer not every aspect of our service is fully accessible to all. Where this occurs Herd Farm will work with the customer to assess how reasonable adjustments can permit access and a positive experience in a meaningful and fulfilling way. Our main converted residential living barn has full access including a fire evacuation lift to the first floor. There is a changing room available for all visitors with advance notice, this includes a children’s changing table.
