Life Without Limits – social group for teens to twenties

Life Without Limits is a social group for girls in their teens and early twenties with disabilities and complex needs.

We run 2 programmes.

We meet on the first Sunday of the month at 2-4pm at The Vinery Centre in Leeds.

Activities include arts & crafts, games, music, dance, baking and workshops. We also have a sensory and soft play rooms available. Sessions cost £6.

We also run an Out and About programme, which is a monthly social meet-ups in and around Leeds on the 3rd Sunday of the month. Activities include bowling, cinema, swimming, skating and theatre.These are cost price of the activity.

A parent/carer needs to accompany  the young person to support them on both programmes. Places  need to be booked in advance.

Disability: Physical disabilities and complex needs, purpose built wheelchair accessible venue with changing places and disabled toilets.
