Give your suggestions and feedback about health services.
The Leeds Health and Care Partnership is committed to providing the best possible services at all times. We welcome your suggestions and feedback about our services.
When people tell us their stories, it gives us valuable insight into the quality of their care and their opinion of the service.
We collect experiences and work together with patients, carers, the wider public and local partners to ensure that the services we provide are responsive to what people need.
