Penny Field School - 3 to 19 years old

Penny Field School is a small special school. It supports children and young people with severe and complex needs.

The school has around 60 pupils. Each pupil follows a personalised curriculum. Pupils have access to specialist staff, equipment, and support to help them learn and develop.

The school has:

  • seven classrooms
  • four care suites
  • a rebound therapy room
  • a hydrotherapy pool
  • a purpose‑built sensory room

Outdoor areas are designed to support learning and play. These include:

  • a wheelchair‑accessible roundabout and swing
  • a sensory garden
  • a greenhouse

The Early Years class has its own outdoor area. Children can use this space throughout the day.
