Zig Zag - Leeds Autism Support Group

ZigZag Leeds supports children with or without a diagnosis.
The group is run by autistic parents of autistic children, so they understand the needs of many families.

What ZigZag offers

ZigZag provides a wide range of support and activities, including:

  • One‑to‑one parent support
  • Monthly parent support meetings (daytime and evening)
  • Online support through a private Facebook group
  • A book‑lending library
  • Help with DLA forms
  • Low‑cost autism awareness training
  • Monthly soft play sessions
  • Twice‑weekly trampoline sessions
  • Holiday activities
