Leeds Mencap - Chats and Tots (0 to 5 years old)

Leeds Mencap runs Chats and Tots stay and play sessions for families.
The sessions are for any parent or carer with a child aged 0 to 5 who has a learning disability.
A diagnosis is not needed, and the sessions are free.


What families can expect

Parents and carers can meet others and build support networks.
Families can chat with the Leeds Mencap team.
Children can play in a purpose‑built, accessible and inclusive centre.
The centre includes:

  • a soft play area
  • a large sensory room

When and where
Sessions run every Friday morning during term time, from 9:30am to 11:00am.
Location: The Vinery Centre, LS9 9LU
