HENRY Healthy Families Growing Up Programme

The HENRY Healthy Families Growing Up Programme is an 8‑week course for parents and carers.
It is delivered by trained HENRY facilitators in local areas across Leeds and online.
Any parent or carer with at least one child aged 5 to 12 can join if there is space.

The programme is for all families, including those with children who have additional needs.
HENRY starts with each family’s situation and gives tools to help them make positive changes.

Families learn about wellbeing, healthy habits, mealtimes, sleep, food, behaviour, setting boundaries, parenting, screen time, and physical activity.
The aim is to help the whole family become healthier and happier together.
There is no cost to take part.
