Clusters

Clusters provide support for families most in need of help.

Clusters are a partnership with education, health and the Local Authority.

The cluster works closely with universal, targeted and specialist services for children and families in each local area including schools, health services, Area Inclusion Partnerships, Early Start teams in children’s centres, police, social work, the third sector, and other relevant services such as housing.

The core purpose of Clusters is to identify support for those families, children and young people most in need of help and, to ensure they are offered the right intervention at the right time, by the right people.

2getha Cluster (Meanwood and Chapel Allerton)

We are a collaboration of support services that work in partnership with children, young people, families and other professionals in North East Leeds.

Aireborough Cluster

Aireborough Cluster work with all the schools and children’s centres across Guiseley, Rawdon and Yeadon. Our aim is to help every child, young person and family in the area access the activities, guidance, information and support that can enable them to achieve their full potential.

We provide services directly through our own staff and service provision, or work in partnership with a wide range of agencies to respond to needs, for example childcare providers or specialist support such as CAMHS (Child and Adult Mental Health Service).

Our services include:

  • Therapeutic Counselling Services
  • Individual short-term counselling for children, young people or parents
  • Therapeutic support for parents and professionals working with children
  • Family Support
  • Practical support and signposting
  • Funding and Accessing Activities and Events

ARM Cluster (Alwoodley, Roundhay and Moortown)

The Alwoodley, Roundhay and Moortown Cluster work in partnership with other agencies and services. The Cluster offer a wide range of targeted support to children, young people and families, across the Alwoodley, Roundhay and Moortown neighbourhoods.

The Cluster have staff with expertise around family support, behaviour, improving attendance and supporting emotional and developmental needs. This support is provided in a convenient location, whether this is at home, at school or in a community setting. We are able to provide a co-ordinated support package to meet the needs of children and their families.

The cluster organise out of school activities in the school holidays for children, young people and families they work with.

BCM Cluster (Beeston, Cottingley and Middleton)

The BCM Cluster work with children and families to provide a comprehensive range of family support and therapeutic services across the Beeston, Cottingley and Middleton areas of Leeds.

Request for the cluster therapeutic service are received from schools and MindMate SPA and we support children and young people in primary and secondary schools.

Bramley Cluster

Our aim is to give children and young people who live or are enrolled at schools in Bramley the very best start so that they achieve at school and meet their full potential. We partner with nurseries, schools and all local agencies that work with children and families in the Bramley area. We are all committed to working with families to put in place the right support when and where support is needed.

Bramley Cluster - Children and Family Services are a unique Cluster as we also deliver Children's Centre Services in Bramley. Meaning we are here to help with every step of your family life from 0-19 years of age. From Family Support Work, to groups and activities to develop your little ones to social and emotional health support we are here for you.

Brigshaw Cluster

The Brigshaw Cluster Team work with local schools and partners to provide a comprehensive package of targeted and universal support for local children, young people and families experiencing social, emotional and/ or behavioural difficulties.

Our aim is to identify those families, children and young people most in need of help and to ensure they are offered the right intervention at the right time, by the right people as early as possible in the life of a problem.

ESNW Cluster (Cookridge, Holt Park, Ireland Wood, Tinshill and Adel)

The ESNW Cluster is located in Leeds 16, covering Cookridge, Holt Park, Ireland Wood, Tinshill and Adel area.

Our aim is to provide every child, young person and their family in the area, access to activities, guidance, information and support that can enable them to achieve their full potential.

We offer services directly through our own staff and sign post to other partner agencies.

We believe that working with the whole family improves outcomes for all children/young people in the Cluster.

The Cluster is made up of Ralph Thoresby High School, Adel Primary, Adel St John Primary School, Iveson Primary,Ireland Wood Primary, Cookridge Holy Trinity and Holy Name Primary. We are also in partnership with Ireland Wood Children’s Centre, within the Cookridge and Adel Area.

EPOSS Cluster (Wetherby, Boston Spa and Villages West and South)

The EPOSS Cluster is a small team of targeted services to support children and families who attend our Cluster schools.

If your child or family may need additional support the cluster will find the best way to do this as quickly as possible via a coordinate programme of support.

Referrals for cluster support are accepted from your child's school. We also receive referrals triaged from Mindmate Spa, and from Childrens Social Work Services.

Garforth Cluster

The Garforth Cluster compromises of Education, Social Care, Health, Youth Service, Children's Centres, Leeds City Council and the Police. The cluster provide a range of services and support to children, young people and families.

Horsforth Cluster

Horsforth Cluster has a team of professionals who offer a wide range of targeted and universal support services to all our 0 -19year olds and their parents/carers within the Horsforth Cluster. The Cluster believe that by tackling problems quickly, working preventatively and intervening at an earlier stage we will achieve better outcomes for our children, young people and families.

Inner East Cluster

The Inner East Cluster team work with schools and partners to provide targeted all year round support to children and families across the Richmond Hill, Burmantofts, Lincoln Green and Gipton neighbourhoods.

We also deliver daytime and evening parenting courses for parents and carers with children aged 5-18. We organise targeted out of school activities throughout the year and a programme of out of term time activities for children, young people and families.

Inner West Cluster

Family and emotional wellbeing support for children, and their families, who attend a cluster school.

Jess Cluster (Beeston, Belle Isle, Holbeck and Hunslet)

The JESS Cluster supports families and schools in the LS10 and LS11 area of Leeds to live full, successful and healthy lives.

The Cluster comprises 11 primary schools and 2 secondary/further education establishments across this geographical area and we work closely with our cluster schools through our early help agenda and offer family support.

We recognise every family is unique and we work restoratively with families to ensure the plan is family led and supports sustainable change. We are a team comprising of 8 Family Support Workers, an Administrative Support Worker, Targeted Service Manager and Targeted Service Lead. We work closely with our Partners through our Support and Guidance arrangements and seek to offer the right level of support to families at the right time.

We also commission BARCA a therapeutic services to offer counselling to young people and they offer 6-8 counselling sessions.

Kirkstall and Headingley Cluster

The Headingley and Kirkstall Schools Partnership (Cluster) offers services which support families, children and young people who attend schools in the Headingley and Kirkstall area and who are part of the Partnership.

Our local schools’ partnership comprises schools in our immediate area and also the other key services in our area. We meet together regularly to address the needs of the area and to work in closer partnership with one another. This ensures that services do not overlap each other, but instead complement each other’s services.

Morley Cluster

Morley Cluster Primary Partnership is an early help service which offers short term Family Support, Parenting Courses, Counselling and Therapeutic Support.

The Cluster Partnership is made up of 9 Primary Schools in the Morley North, Morley South, Drighlinton and Gildersome area. If your child attends one of the cluster schools and you require support, please go directly to the pastoral team or SENCO in your child's school and discuss if there is a cluster offer that will suit your child or family needs. If so, the school will complete a referral form to be discussed at the monthly cluster meeting.

Alternatively, you can seek support via your GP or refer directly to Mindmate Spa.

Otley, Pool and Bramhope Cluster

The Otley, Pool and Bramhope Cluster (OPBC) is a collaboration of support services that work in partnership with children, young people, families and other professionals. We aim to provide families with a range of accessible support services and activities to meet their needs.

We recognise that every family is unique and aim to provide the right support at the right time to allow change to happen, progress and last.

We do this by:

  • Listening to concerns and needs
  • Identifying strengths to build on
  • Offering support and advice to organisations that work with families.

The cluster consists of the following schools:

If you would like a referral to the cluster please discuss this with your schools pastoral staff, we are unable to accept referrals directly from families.

Pudsey Cluster

Pudsey Cluster is a collaboration of support services that work in partnership with children, young people, families and other professionals. We aim to provide families with a range of accessible support services and activities to meet their needs.

We recognise that every family is unique and aim to provide the right support at the right time to allow change to happen, progress and last.

We do this by:

  • Listening to concerns and needs
  • Identifying strengths to build on
  • Offering support and advice to organisations that work with families.

The Pudsey Cluster covers a wide area from the Bramley border to Calverley and into Tyersal. The cluster consists of 3 secondary schools as well as 15 primary schools and 3 children’s centres.

The Rothwell Cluster Team offers services mainly to schools in the Rothwell area as well as work with various partners to provide support to families, children and young people including providing information on activities via facebook.
