This page is here to support parents and carers of children and young people with SEND and additional needs attending a mainstream setting.
We’re excited to share that Inclusive Mainstream Practice Guidance is being introduced across our schools and settings. Our official launch dates for schools are 25th November and 11th December. This is a substantial resource, and it’s important that schools have dedicated time to understand and explore the tools before they begin using them with children and families.
While this work is underway, we’re collaborating closely with members of our Leeds Parent Carer Forum to make sure this page includes the information that matters most to you. Our aim is to get it right, and we truly appreciate your patience as we build this together.
