Colleagues from Health, in collaboration with the Leeds Parent Carer Forum, are hosting a series of online information workshops for parents and carers.

The team supports all people with a diagnosis of a Learning Disability or Autism that need to come to Leeds teaching Hospitals for healthcare. Join the session to find out more about the service, health passports and how the team can support your child in preparing to come to hospital and during their visit.
