Leeds Local Offer Live is a market place event that provides families and professionals with the opportunity to learn about SEND services in Leeds.

The event is free to attend.

The 2026 Leeds Local Offer Live event will host over 50 SEND services in Leeds. 

We have developed a visitor guide to show you which services will be at the event. 

A hard copy of the visitor guide will be given to every attendee on the day, however if you wish to view the visitor guide before attending the event you can download it here

Supported Internship information sessions

The Lighthouse Futures Trust will be holding information sessions throughout the event (in the Woodhall Room) about Supported Internships. 

Who we are

Lighthouse Futures Trust is an innovative specialist college and registered charity supporting young adults aged 16–25 with an EHCP (Education, Health & Care Plan) to develop confidence, life skills and employability so they can move into sustainable, paid employment.

What we offer

  • Supported Internships – Work-based internship programmes working with inclusive local employers, helping interns gain real work experience and skills with tailored support.
  • Pre-Internships – College-based pathways for those who need more time building employability skills before moving into workplace internships.
  • Connect programme (new for 2025) – A transitional programme offering short placements and community-based opportunities for young people preparing to enter supported internships.
  • Enrichment and support - Including one-to-one mentoring, workshops, employer visits, enterprise projects and wellbeing support.
  • Open Events & Taster Visits – Regular events where families, young people and professionals can visit Carlton House, meet the team and find out more about our programmes.

Training & Resources:
We work with employers to promote inclusive workplaces and offer information and guidance around SEND employment pathways. Our college supports learners in gaining functional Maths & English qualifications alongside vocational skills.

Travel information

Pudsey Civic Hall is a modern multi-purpose venue. It is well situated, on the ring road, with convenient access to motorway links, and close to New Pudsey train station. 

Parking

Private parking is available onsite for up to 300 cars and disabled parking available at the front of the building. 

Click here to download a parking permit for the event, you will need to print this and place it in your car window. 

Parking permits will also be available at the signing in desk on the day. 

Travelling by train

New Pudsey train station is a 6-minute walk from Pudsey Civic Hall. Once you leave the train station walk along Owlcotes Lane, cross Bradford Road and Pudsey Civic Hall is on Cote Lane. Trains run every 15 minutes from Leeds City Train Station to New Pudsey Train Station.  

Travelling by bus

Buses run every 10 minutes from Leeds City Centre. The bus stop is opposite New Pudsey train station which is a 6-minute walk from Pudsey Civic Hall. Walk along Owlcotes Lane, cross Bradford Road and Pudsey Civic Hall is on Cote Lane.

Refreshments

Refreshments will be available to purchase from the café at Pudsey Civic Hall on the day.
